By accessing and using Costory's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Costory provides cloud cost management and FinOps analytics services. Our platform helps organizations understand, optimize, and manage their cloud infrastructure spending across multiple cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Costory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of Costory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We only access billing and usage data from your cloud providers; we do not access any sensitive application data or customer information.
5. Subscription and Payment
Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Costory, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
